it's actually really thin pancake with orange sauce, and whipped cream.

fruit sticks served at ritz lounge

they're actually caramel pudding.

can make 'em in the future, make myself look like the asian Martha Steward

eeek i don't like olives.

tastes WEIRD leh but they're so expensive.

btw for breakfast once, i ordered an European breakfast.

OMG LAH they serve like, a whole bowl of olives.

smoked salmon i can accept.

moving on,

Sushi Zanmai

big glutton and small glutton

both trying to act stupid and both succeeded.

our first plate of salmon sashimi

they call it 'black caviar'

have they seen real caviars?

and hey they taste exactly the same as ebiko/tobiko

and there's unagi.

OOOOh they season it real nice here, yum yum

and prawn tempura, with some ebiko in it to... add a little colour?
