Room hunting

Greetings from the girl who has 2 ulcers on each side on her tongue so she have to restrict her tongue from moving in the mouth cos got sharp teeth everywhere omg what did i do to deserve this T___T

And i was supposed to go shopping for college essential stuff that i realised i needed last minute like (newer) hangers, clothes pegs, another pail (apparently i needed 2 pails for washing clothes that needed to be handwashed instead of 1), etc etc. But my mom's colleague came out of a sudden and she tapao-ed the staff room gossip to my living room so my mom's stuck there for another 50 hours and here i am blogging while waiting for her to be done.

So, i went room-hunting last week so that i won't need to sleep on the streets when i go there to study. So many factors to consider like the rate, how far i gotta walk to uni (yes no car cos i have not proven myself responsible enough to own a car yet wth), fascilities provided, furnitures provided, aircon provided or not, and SIZE. It was my first time hunting for rooms so i don't know what to ask and what to find out from the first few phone calls, but after 25678 phone calls later i got so professional and sounded like "Good evening, is this Mr/Mrs ___?" and then when they answer i go "Okay i'm fiona and i'm looking for a room to rent, is your room still available?" and etc etc like memorized script without uhmms and ermmmms some more you know!

Of course i got good at it cos we spent like the whole saturday going round and round, calling this person calling that person omg it was sooooo tiring and i got so lethargic by evening (so much for being 20 and full of energy -.- ) but my dad was still asking me to call and he also helped me to call towards the end AND he was driving! I wonder where he got all the energy from and he's twice my age hmm.

And at the same time i was doing some twin-sharing room hunting for me and my friend, so i was taking pictures and MMS-ing her and calling her wtf i felt used but anyway here's a few pictures i thought i'd share since i already have them in my phone.

Here's a terribly small master bed room in PJS11. Attached bathroom and all but it's crazy to share this small room with someone AND the place is dirty AND the neighbourhood is kinda scary so yeah. Passss

But too far to walk to uni so this is a passss too.

Okay anyway conclusion i didn't take any of the private places outside and am getting a twin-sharing room in sun-u residence for RM730. Damn super kao expensive but this is just a temporary thing until i find the ultimate place to stay outside with a decent rent and decent walking distance huhuhu. I know some people OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA are paying much more for their rooms but let's not compare among countries can or not? Sunway damn cut throat :(

And enough about room hunting, i wanna tell you about this awesome dinner i had with my uncle auntie parents and brother the other day in Cheras. Guess what did we eat?

No it should be guess how much did we eat?

Maybe it doesn't look that big from the picture but i'm telling you this piece of fish is GINORMOUS it's not even the whole fish! Like enough for a family to eat for 5 days straight man no kidding. Of course we didn't finish it that night lah haha we tapao-ed and my bro even tapao-ed to eat back at his place - lucky him >.<

So lucky to get an uncle who likes to fish so much and actually catches fishes back (:

Oh and then i saw this burger stall with awesome entertainment.

You don't see a burger stall with a desktop with speakers everyday. Or at least i don't.

ANYWAY I'M SO SO SO EXCITED AND HAPPY AFTER MY SHOPPING TRIP OMG i think i have mild shopaholic syndrome cos i get so happy after buying stuff even though they are just groceries sigh i shall show you my teddy bear clothes peg in the next post okay promise haha i'm going to sleep now cos i'm going to UTP with my god-sister tomorrow just because i have so much time to spare before going into college (:
